Each Travel Supplier has its own terms, conditions, and policies (“Supplier Terms”). By confirming a booking, you agree to review and be bound by the applicable Supplier Terms. LSB Ventures LLC is not a travel provider or operator and does not own, manage, or control any Travel Supplier.

3. Independent Business Relationship

LSB Ventures LLC is an independent travel business affiliated with OutsideAgents.com, a host agency operated by A.S.A.P. Cruises, Inc.

We operate independently and are not owned, managed, or controlled by OutsideAgents.com or A.S.A.P. Cruises, Inc. References to these entities are for identification only and do not imply any joint venture or partnership.

4. Communication Consent

By submitting your contact information through our Website or during the booking process, you consent to receive communications from us related to your inquiries, bookings, and travel arrangements via email, phone, or text message.

Marketing messages will only be sent with your express opt-in consent. You may withdraw your consent or unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in our messages or contacting us at support@baumanventures.com.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • LSB Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of commissions or service fees paid to us by you for the booking at issue.
